Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as when you book a demo) and information generated through use of our services (such as call metadata and prospect profiles created by Morgan).

How We Use Information

We use information to operate, improve, and secure our services, communicate with customers, and meet legal obligations.

SMS and Voice Communications

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Zigdale, we collect and process your phone number, the content of messages exchanged between you and Zigdale, and metadata about message delivery and engagement. We obtain SMS opt-in consent verbally during outbound voice calls placed by our AI sales agent, Morgan. Consent is recorded in our CRM along with a transcript snippet identifying the moment of agreement. SMS messages are only sent to phone numbers for which a verbal-consent record exists.

Message frequency varies based on the prospect's stage in our outreach workflow and is typically limited to scheduling follow-ups and booking-link delivery. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier. You may reply STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opt-out and help requests are processed within one business day.

Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (for example, our telecommunications provider Twilio Inc. for message delivery, and our customer support tooling) is permitted strictly to the extent necessary to provide those services. All other use case categories — including all SMS originator opt-in data and consent records — exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.
